🧁 Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add melted butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and honey. Mix until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mix. Avoid overmixing.
  • Stir in nuts (if using).
  • Pour batter into the loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
